Required documents for the assessment of RPL report by ACS: 

The following are a list of the documents for ACS migration skills assessment: 

  1. Birth certificate or passport: only the candidate's details page is needed from the passport. You don't need to submit all passport pages. 
  2. Education degree or award: you have to submit a degree for your education over the 12th standard. 

Title of degree or award: for instance, Masters of Computer Applications. 

College or university name: For example, Delhi University 

The date when the degree was completed. 

Mark Sheets or Mark Sheet Transcript: the mark sheet must have subject or unit names and the achieved marks or grades. 

  1. Work experience letter: ACS work experience letter format needs you to have every role and responsibility told clearly.

You need to mention the beginning date and the end date for the job. 

If you mention the month, for instance, June 2019 to Dec 2021, ACS will think that it is the last day of that month to calculate your work experience.
